UPACT (Uniting Police And Community Together) is a comprehensive community development initiative that bridges the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve. Together, we are creating safer neighborhoods, stronger relationships, and a brighter future for our children.

  • Youth Engagement Programs Mentorship, leadership training, after-school programs, college readiness, and career exploration with positive role models.

  • Police & Community Dialogue Regular forums, town halls, and open conversations that promote transparency, understanding, and accountability.

  • Education & Awareness Workshops on law, safety, conflict resolution, and civic responsibility for all ages.

  • Family Support Services Resources that strengthen families through parenting support, counseling referrals, and social services.

  • Community Events & Outreach National Night Out, unity festivals, sports events, and neighborhood cleanups that build relationships and pride.

  • Public Safety Partnerships Collaborative initiatives with schools, faith organizations, businesses, and civic leaders to create lasting solutions.

LEADERSHIP: Ambassador Art Wilson, Executive Director, UPACT

Ambassador Art Wilson is a visionary leader, pastor, educator, and international faith diplomat committed to building bridges of trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. As the Founder of The International Church of Metro Detroit and a Goodwill Ambassador and Special Envoy on Peace and Development, he brings decades of leadership in ministry, community development, and global engagement.

His passion is simple: People, Purpose, and Peace.
